Loxley Promotes Circular Economy and Supports Organic Farming. Donates 3,700 Kilograms of Organic Fertilizer to the Funkhajorn Organic Agriculture Community Enterprise in Pathum Thani Province

The Loxley Group plays an active role in supporting sustainable waste management and promoting organic agriculture by partnering with Oaklin (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to transform food waste generated from office buildings and restaurants into organic fertilizer known as “plant vitamins.” This initiative helps reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills and decreases greenhouse gas emissions—one of the key contributors to climate change.
As part of this initiative, the Loxley Group delivered 3,700 kilograms of organic plant vitamin fertilizer to the Funkhajorn Organic Agriculture Community Enterprise in Pathum Thani Province. This community is committed to advancing organic farming and promoting environmental sustainability. The organic fertilizer, derived from food waste, enriches soil fertility, boosts essential nutrients, and enhances crop productivity—without the need for chemical inputs. This contribution directly supports the community’s mission to foster sustainable and chemical-free agriculture.
This donation of organic fertilizer is part of Loxley Group’s corporate social responsibility initiatives aimed at supporting organic farming communities by enhancing crop quality and reducing the reliance on costly chemical fertilizers. In addition, the initiative promotes knowledge-sharing on organic waste management and the use of organic fertilizers among community members, fostering model communities and promoting the development of a circular economy by turning waste into valuable resources. This effort contributes to reducing urban waste and advancing sustainability in the agricultural sector.
Beyond the benefits of effective waste management and increased agricultural value, the initiative also helps build a vital collaborative network between the private sector and local communities to address the growing issue of food waste. It promotes sustainable living, environmental preservation, and contributes to Thailand’s efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Since January 2025, the Loxley Group has successfully diverted more than 4,000 kilograms of food waste from landfills and transformed it into organic fertilizer. This fertilizer has been continuously donated to various organizations, including the Khlong Toei District Office, for beneficial use. Looking ahead, Loxley plans to expand its collaboration network with additional partners to help create a more sustainable future for the next generation.
