Scan To Plant a Tree, Phase 2

Watershed Forest Planting Project at Mon Mae Thang, Phrae Province

14 September 2024

The Loxley Group has reinforced its commitment to climate action by initiating an internal campaign to reduce the use of traditional paper business cards. Instead, it promotes the use of digital business cards, aiming not only to reduce paper consumption but also to enhance efficiency in partner data management through digital technology. As part of the campaign, every scan of a digital business card contributes to the “Scan to Plant a Tree” program—an initiative that supports reforestation efforts in critical watershed areas. This effort reflects the Group’s proactive role in environmental stewardship and its ongoing alignment with sustainable and technology-driven business practices.

Phase 2 of the “Scan to Plant a Tree” project represents a collaborative initiative between Loxley Group and its business partner, Nine Net Co., Ltd., the provider of the YourQR digital business card service. The project also involves active cooperation from the Mon Mae Thang Community Forest Committee, local leaders, and community residents.

Together, these stakeholders are working to restore and rehabilitate the watershed community forests in Mon Mae Thang, Rong Kwang District, Phrae Province. The initiative is aimed at promoting sustainable forest management through inclusive and participatory reforestation efforts, ensuring long-term environmental resilience and community engagement.
