"Loxley" joins hands with the International Coaching Federation Bangkok Chapter to launch the "Pay The Love Forward" initiative

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department of Loxley Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the International Coaching Federation Bangkok Chapter, organized the “Pay The Love Forward” initiative to reinforce their core mission of conducting business responsibly—living in harmony with, and growing alongside, communities and society.
31 July 2024 – Mr. Charaspong Lamsam, Senior Vice President of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department at Loxley Public Company Limited, revealed that the second “Pay The Love Forward” initiative is a collaborative effort between Loxley CSR, the International Coaching Federation Bangkok Chapter, and the Ayutthaya Juvenile Vocational Training Center, held under the theme “Coach for Kids: Season 2 – Triple Strength”. The event brought together Loxley employees, national blind football athletes from the “Loxley–ASM Sport Hero” program, and volunteer coaches to inspire and help reshape the mindset of young people at the training center. The goal is to provide guidance and motivation as part of the center’s “Pre-Release Preparation” program, helping the youths transition into society after their release.
“Pay The Love Forward” is an inspirational initiative aimed at helping young people who have made mistakes find the courage to start a new life. In Season 1, Loxley CSR brought para-athletes to motivate and encourage youths at juvenile detention and protection centers. For Season 2, Loxley CSR partnered with a like-minded ally—the International Coaching Federation Bangkok Chapter—to take the initiative further. Over 12 volunteer coaches joined the program to engage in one-on-one coaching sessions with young individuals soon to be released, alongside their families, through the “Strong Families” coaching activity. The goal was to instill a positive mindset by pairing one coach with one family, helping provide encouragement and practical guidance for building a better life path and reintegrating into society—free from the cycle of reoffending.
In addition to the dedicated team of volunteer coaches, the young participants also had the chance to meet “Tao” Panyawut Kupan, a player on Thailand’s national blind football team and a member of the “Loxley–ASM Sport Hero” project. As the top scorer of the 12th ASEAN Para Games, Tao joined the event to offer encouragement and inspiration. He also wowed the crowd by showing off his ball-handling skills in a friendly and fun dribbling challenge with the youths, bringing both energy and excitement to the day.
“For me, this is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to join the Pay The Love Forward initiative. I feel proud to be able to share my personal journey and use my experiences to encourage and inspire the youths at the juvenile vocational training center who are preparing to reintegrate into society. It’s not only about giving inspiration to them—I've also received encouragement and strength from them in return,” said Panyawut.
In addition to inspiring young people, the Corporate Social Responsibility Department of Loxley Public Company Limited (Loxley CSR), in collaboration with ASM Management Security Co., Ltd. (ASM)—a Loxley Group company—and the International Coaching Federation Bangkok Chapter, recently organized the “Coaching For Success” activity to ignite the inner strength of para-athletes under the “Loxley–ASM Sport Hero” program. The event aimed to inspire and build mental toughness through activities such as laughter yoga and one-on-one coaching sessions led by volunteer coaches. These sessions helped athletes unlock emotional barriers and explore important aspects of personal development, such as self-awareness and strategies for living a balanced life. The event was officially opened by Mr. Charaspong Lamsam, Senior Vice President of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department, at the 18th floor conference room of Loxley’s headquarters.
