Loxley Public Company Limited held a certificate presentation ceremony for participants who successfully completed the Mini - Executive Leadership Development Program – Class 1, following final project presentations by each group to the Company’s executives.

The ceremony was presided over by Dawarit Tansuphasiri, Ph.D., who also presented the certificates to the graduates. The event took place at the Hanuman Building on 4 October 2024.

The Mini - Executive Leadership Development Program was designed to strengthen the capabilities of employees at the senior manager to manager level, equipping them with key competencies in leadership, people management, and innovation skills. The goal is to drive performance improvements within their respective departments.

The program was conducted in collaboration with the Thailand Management Association (TMA), which provided curriculum design and program management support.
