Alternative Energy Vehicle Project

The Company has announced a policy for managing its corporate vehicle fleet, covering vehicle procurement, replacements, renewals based on usage cycles, and new acquisitions (additions). The policy mandates the use of only hybrid or electric vehicles to support the reduction of energy consumption and to help decrease the burning of fossil fuels — a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. It also aims to reduce carbon monoxide emissions, which are harmful to human health. As of 2024, 23.81% of the Company’s vehicles are alternative energy vehicles.
In addition, the Company is incorporating electric vehicles into its business operations. This includes the use of electric vehicles for food delivery services by WaQ Yakiniku restaurants, patrol cars operated by ASM Security Management Co., Ltd., and electric patrol and transport vehicles used by Loxley Evolution Technology Co., Ltd.
