Loxley Public Company Limited (LOXLEY) has been awarded an “Excellent” (5-Star) rating in the 2026 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR), marking its fifth consecutive year of achievement. The Company was also ranked in the Top Quartile (Top 25%) among listed companies with a market capitalization of THB 1,501–3,000 million. The assessment was conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD), with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This recognition reflects LOXLEY’s continued commitment to conducting its business with transparency, accountability, and fairness, while upholding good corporate governance principles and creating value for all stakeholders.

The Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) aims to assess and reflect the corporate governance standards of listed companies, while encouraging continuous improvements in governance practices to strengthen investor confidence and promote the sustainable growth of Thailand’s capital market. In 2026, a total of 840 listed companies participated in the assessment, with an average overall score of 85 points. LOXLEY achieved an outstanding score of 101 points, demonstrating the Company’s strong commitment to continuously enhancing its corporate governance practices in accordance with good governance principles.

Nevertheless, corporate governance risks remain an important area requiring close monitoring, particularly those associated with the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and geopolitical conflicts.
