Loxley Holds “Carbon-Neutral” Annual General Meeting: From Learning to Action

Greenhouse gas emissions are an inevitable result of various activities, ranging from everyday personal routines to organizational operations. Every step and action contributes to the overall carbon footprint. Recognizing these impacts is an important first step toward reducing and offsetting emissions, demonstrating tangible responsibility for the environment.
The year 2025 marks the first time Loxley Public Company Limited has conducted its Annual General Meeting as a Carbon Neutral Event, following the guidelines of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). The event promoted efficient resource use by minimizing or eliminating paper distribution to reduce resource consumption. It also prioritized natural or recyclable materials for event setups within the controlled meeting area, utilized electricity from the building’s solar rooftop renewable energy system, and implemented waste separation to maximize recycling efforts.
After the meeting, the Company offset the remaining carbon emissions through certified carbon credits from an accredited agency and received a Carbon Neutral Certificate for the event from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO).
These efforts reflect the Company’s commitment to taking responsibility for greenhouse gas emissions from meetings and other corporate activities. Driven by a spirit of learning and deliberate action, Loxley is fostering broad collaboration on sustainability to contribute to building a low-carbon society and ensuring a sustainable future.
